Nya Akoma Dementia Support Group
This is an online support group that I facilitate. It is a group where adult carers can come together to share experiences, gain practical advice and coping strategies and empower each other. This group is for black/brown people of African Caribbean descent.
We meet fortnightly on zoom with meetings starting at 13.00 hrs GMT, however this time is subject to change. All meetings are on zoom.

Share your feelings, challenges and triumphs with people who truly understand.
Please note that this is not a therapy group, however, private one to one counselling sessions can be arranged by appointment. Contact me if you wish to join.
